Join us for a 75-minute journey of stillness, reflection, and surrender.
Each full moon, we gather to honor the lunar cycle through moon sign-inspired
reflection and deep yin practice.
What is Yin Yoga?
Yin is a slow-paced, mostly floor-based yoga practice that works on deeper connective tissue, allowing the release of emotional and physical blocks and tensions. The energy we nurture is feminine: non-doing, stillness, receiving, releasing, and letting go.
Why Full Moon?
The full moon serves as a natural cyclical checkpoint. It marks a moment of illumination. When what has been building internally becomes easier to see. Rather than pushing forward, this phase invites pause and honest reflection.
In stillness, we can acknowledge patterns, emotions, and habits that usually stay in the background. Yin practice supports this process by slowing the nervous system and creating space for awareness.
From that awareness, release becomes possible.
Not through force, but through clarity.

- Slow, grounding yin postures held for 3-5 minutes (accessible to all levels)
