My Teaching Style
As a Yoga Alliance Certified 200-hour teacher, I offer two complementary styles of yoga, slow, long-held Yin and movement-based Vinyasa, available in both group settings and personalized private sessions.
Yin Yoga is the heart of my teaching. Itโs a slow, intentional practice involving long-held postures that target deeper connective tissues and fascia. Youโll cultivate stillness, spaciousness, and mindfulness while creating space for emotional release and nervous system regulation. Some sequences are inspired by Chinese medicine and meridian theory, supporting balance in specific organ systems, but all sessions encourage deep presence and somatic connection.
Energetically, Yin Yoga fosters the feminine qualities of stillness, receptivity, surrender, and introspection, providing much-needed balance in todayโs fast-paced, overextended world. Through breathwork, mindful awareness, and body-led exploration, this practice supports emotional processing, energetic flow, and grounded inner clarity.
Vinyasa Yoga is offered as a complementary, breath-linked flow practice. These dynamic sessions are designed to build strength, mobility, and focus, helping you energize your system while staying centered in breath and movement.
All sessions prioritize nervous system awareness, functional movement, and breath-led presence.
